Administratief Logistiek Medewerker

Mijn opdrachtgever in de techniek, gevestigd in Beverwijk, is op zoek naar een administratief logistiek medewerker. Waarbij het regelen van internationale transporten voor het verzenden van onze materialen, het verzorgen van de bijpassende documenten, onderhouden van contact met transporteurs maar ook facturatie aan de klant aan de orde is.


Essential Functions

  • Reports in a regular scheduled and ad hoc meetings to the EU Downhole Tools Supervisor and Operational Supervisor on all designated administrative tasks and responsibilities and everything else which can be expected to be reported.
  • Start job files (Sales/Rental/Services) with all available information (e-mails, quotes, purchase orders, orders etc.)
  • Check and confirm (hire) contracts.
  • Keep track of equipment coming from suppliers (Sales).
  • Check and confirm Advice notes (Sales).
  • Arrange transport including paperwork needed (CMR/Custom documents).
  • Invoice hire contracts per month or after offhire.
  • Invoice sales contracts after material left warehouse.
  • Send invoices by mail/regular post with attachments to customers.
  • Arrange transport for equipment to repair facilities if applicable.
  • At return repaired equipment/after completion of Service job invoice service job.
  • Process intercompany recharges.
  • Process incoming mail according to company procedure.
  • Process outgoing mail.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably can expected.





  • Knowledge of the administrative processes, guidelines and company procedures.
  • Accurate and good communication (oral & written) skills (English & Dutch, extra languages are an advantage).
  • Ability to maintain an overview in a hectic, dynamic environment.
